At Pawtastic Treats we want to make sure that everyone is happy with our products. It is within your right to ask for a refund or a replacement under the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept refunds for products that have been opened or used. Items can be refunded if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

If you would like a refund on a product due to change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

For all refunds or returns please contact us first at orders@pawtastictreats.com.au or via the contact form below and we will provide a return address for you.

Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the product/s only. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method of payment within 7 days.

If an exchange has been requested, please allow for the shipping timeframes for the replacement product to reach you. You will need to cover the shipping costs of sending out a replacement product.

Our treats are both unique in shape and sizes, some are sold on weight others are sold by quantity, this means natural variance will occur, but rest assured they all have the same great taste.
